We try to ensure
that the majority of the stocks we carry are captive
bred in origin, rather than wild collected. We recommend
regular
checks of our stock lists to see what’s new.
We like to keep a number of reptiles and amphibians
as “regulars”. For this reason you are likely
to always find stocks of Horsefield’s tortoise
and Bearded dragons here.
We pride ourselves on our stocks
of captive bred Yemeni or Veiled chameleons. These
wonderful animals are about the best beginners chameleon
and yet
are not as straightforward to keep as some other reptiles
and due consideration should be given before they are
purchased. Research them thoroughly before you buy
and feel free to quiz a member of staff about them. That
goes for any of the reptiles in our care.
Caresheets
on all but the most unusual or uncommon species are
readily available but if you are prepared to wait before
purchasing
a reptile we can often prepare some information for
you.
We stock the life-support systems that will keep your
reptiles in tip-top shape, supplements, live food and
so on. Exo Terra, Habistat, Zoo Med and Underworld are
amongst some of the brands of equipment that we stock.
