This attractive naturally occuring
hybrid is little known in the hobby and yet
is available quite regularly. Commanding a slightly
higher price than the lemonpeel angelfish this
fish has features belonging to both of its parents-
the lemonpeel angel and the half-black angel.
Every
specimen can be subtley
different. The good
news is that it is
as easy to maintain
in the home aquarium
as either of its
parents. Provide
a variety of different
foodstuffs
and definately algae
for the best results.
care
should be taken
with mixing this
species and invertebrates
as it may nip at
large polyp stony
corals.
